Element 79 - Amazing New Pop Up Venue in hip Georgetown Seattle
Element 79 Seattle is 3000sf of wide open space – designed with a luxe speakeasy vibe, we offer swanky velvet furnishings, polished concrete floors, a vintage 10ft bar, and high 13ft exposed ceilings.
Element 79 was built with the pop-up in mind – we have 4 separate wall textures, a white wall for projecting images, logos or videos, a dark black wall perfect to add a little moodiness, and two of them (reclaimed wood pallet wall, and greenery wall that have the ability to mount items for display). The space transforms well to provide a beautiful and secure pop up shop, art gallery or installation, or even a pop up restaurant. Classes of any kind would work also extremely well in our space, especially those that are multi-day and scheduled mid-week as availability is easier. We also have a catering kitchen with large sink, brand new refrigerator, dishwasher and oven.
Your customers will love the location with free parking in one of our 3 private lots, as well as free parking on the side streets. Our building is fully ADA compliant, and we have AC for those randomly hot summer nights. Our loading doc is perfect for bringing in your equipment and getting set up.
But it's the look and the ambiance that will really wow your customers!
